Standard Shipping and Processing

Most purchases are shipped via UPS from our store in Edina, MN with the exception of some items that ship directly from the manufacturers.  Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight of each item.

In stock orders shipped via Standard UPS from Edina, MN take 7-10 business days for delivery.  Out of stock items take approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery and furniture orders take approximately 8-16 weeks.  If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact customer service 1-877-417-9119.

Express Delivery

Only items that are in stock and ship from our Edina, MN location can be shipped via UPS Express Delivery.  If you have any questions regarding if an item can be sent UPS Express, please contact customer service.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

UPS ships most items to Hawaii and Alaska.  Any order that UPS cannot ship and deliver because of oversize height or weight would not be fulfilled.  If you have any questions regarding oversized items, please contact customer service.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is charged on the merchandise total if shipping outside Minnesota.  Minnesota deliveries are subject to state and local taxes.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
